The Home360 story

Home360 was founded by Alberto Raineri, who turned his passion for tourism into a concrete, innovative project.

After years of working with hospitality businesses and private owners, Alberto decided to create a new service: a short-term rental management model combining efficiency, digitalisation and a real local presence.

Today Home360 is established across Imperia and Savona, with dozens of holiday homes managed attentively and personally. Every property is looked after as if it were our own, offering guests a cared-for experience and owners peace of mind and reliable returns.
